Newfronts West to Feature Streamys Brand Awards Ceremony
IAB Partners with the Streamy Awards to Bring Branded Content & Social Advertising Award-Winners Centerstage at the First-Ever NewFronts Marketplace on the West Coast

The Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and Tubefilter today announced that the upcoming Digital Content NewFronts West marketplace will feature a celebrity-hosted Streamy Awards ceremony honoring the winners in the awards program’s brand category. The special Streamys celebration will recognize those companies and individuals behind the best in digital brand advertising innovation and takes place on October 9, 2018 at the conclusion of the first day of NewFronts West presentations at NeueHouse Hollywood.
The Streamys Brand Awards winners will be honored in the following categories:
- Branded Content: Video - Single branded video that engages audiences with innovative use of original online video and best practices in social media
- Branded Content: Series - Branded series that engages audiences with innovative use of original online video and best practices in social media
- Emerging Platform - Innovative advertising on new digital platforms and mediums, including VR and immersive video, voice and A.I., digital audio and podcast reads, and new social video platforms
- Influencer Campaign - Creator-driven branded online and social video campaigns
- Native Video Ad - Paid video content that is in-feed and inherently shareable and non-disruptive, placed on a number of social and video networks and formatted specifically for the platform that is hosting it
- 6-Second Video Ad - Short-form video advertisement

Submissions for all Streamy Awards categories—including the Streamys Brand Awards—are now open and will be accepted through July 27, 2018.
