Hulu Adds Popular Spanish Language Content From Telemundo and Sony
New Deals Bring Telemundo Content to Hulu for the First Time

Hulu has set two new multi-year agreements with Telemundo and Sony Pictures Television that will add hundreds of episodes of popular telenovelas, Almodovar films and Spanish-language programming from Telemundo to the streaming service for the first time. Full libraries of hit Super Series including La Reina del Sur, as well as popular films The Skin I Live In, Woman on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown and All About My Mother are now available to stream on Hulu.
In its first-ever deal with Telemundo, Hulu will add five popular Spanish-language series from the network to its library. All past episodes of hit series La Reina del Sur, Celia and Bajo El Mismo Cielo are now available to stream on Hulu, and the the complete catalogs of Tierra de Reyes and La Patrona will make their debut on the service beginning April 15th. The distribution agreement was made by the NBCUniversal Television and New Media Distribution group.
Through a separate deal with Sony Pictures Television, Hulu has acquired the streaming rights to a selection of telenovelas and teleseries including Lady, La Vendendora de Rosas, Doña Barbara, as well as comedy series Los Beltran and crime dramas El Mariachi, Metastasis and En la Boca del Lobo. The deal also encompasses feature films El Mariachi and The Secret in Their Eyes, as well as nine critically acclaimed films from Academy Award-winning Director Pedro Almodóvar, including The Skin I Live In, Woman on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, All About My Mother, Bad Education, Broken Embraces, Talk to Her and Law of Desire, which are all now available to stream on Hulu.
The two new deals add even more family and international favorites to Hulu’s growing offering of full series and award-winning films.
