Here TV Now Available as a Monthly Subscription with Amazon Video

Here TV’s Award-Winning LGBT Films, Original Series, Documentaries and Specials Can Now Be Streamed by Amazon Prime Members

Today, Here TV, America’s premium LGBT television network, announced its award-winning LGBT programming is available as a monthly subscription on Amazon Video for Prime members.  Episodes of classic Here TV original series, including the iconic supernatural soap opera Dante’s Cove, and critically acclaimed films, documentaries, and specials are all available by subscription to Amazon Prime members.  By offering Here TV as a monthly subscription on Amazon Video, Here TV expands its distribution efforts to bring the best LGBT entertainment to a variety of new and innovative platforms where its diverse audience segment is consuming content.

John Mongiardo, SVP of Programming and Broadcast Operations at Here TV shared, “We’re ecstatic that Here TV’s award-winning collection of LGBT films and series are now available as a monthly subscription on Amazon Video. The offering makes Here TV content available to a highly engaged streaming audience in an easy to use manner for customers.”

Titles from Here TV’s vast library available to Amazon Prime members with a Here TV subscription  include the network’s first original comedy series, From Here On Out; the vampire thriller The Lair; and Modd Couples, an original game show hosted by David Millbern.  Amazon Prime members with a Here TV subscription will also have access to Here TV’s critically acclaimed films such as the Academy Award-winning drama Departures, Emmy Award nominated documentaries 30 Years From HereA World of Dreams: Voices from the OUT100and countless others.  Amazon Prime members now have the ability to purchase a monthly subscription to Here TV, giving them access to hundreds of original LGBT programs from America’s premium LGBT network.

Amazon Video joins the ranks of distribution platforms providing Here TV’s LGBT programming including YouTube Premiumand Hulu. Most recently Here TV partnered with video streaming platform Vimeo for a new initiative to spotlight the groundbreaking work being created by LGBT filmmakers.  In addition to the continued expansion through online streaming services, Here TV continues to air on all major U.S. cable systems as a 24-hour subscription service. Here TV appears in 96 of the top 100 U.S. markets, including every top 10 market.
